Top 2 Drinks

I'm a southern girl all the way, nothing taste better than a glass of sweet tea on a hot summer spring day. If I'm not drinking my mother's homemade tea, Publix or Sonny's or even McCalister's Deli has some gosh darn good sweet tea.

My top favorite mixed drink is a Malibu Bay Breeze! I've been mixing pineapple juice, cranberry, and coconut rum for at least 5 years before my lovely bestie informed me it had a real name a few years ago, haha. Now I feel grown-up when I order it at a restaurant or bar.

Top 2 Christmas Memories

Christmas Eve Candlelight service at church, we've gone at the 11pm service for as long as I can remember, I love singing the traditional Christmas hymns and the Christmas story as well.

Opening presents Christmas morning as a family. We've always had Christmas morning at my parents house, never any place else. I still follow this tradition even though I have my own family. We divide out the gifts and everyone opens one at the same time until we're done, then we have breakfast.

Top 2 Favorite Hair Products

Arbonne Intelligence Daily, Self-Adjusting Shampoo with Tea Tree Oil

BIG thanks to my mom for finding this shampoo, I've had problems finding a good shampoo for most of my life and this works wonders on my thick hair and dry scalp. Plus it's well worth the price, a little bit goes a long way.

CHI 44 Iron Guard

I straighten my hair almost everyday, especially during the humid months (which is most of the year). I can't imagine how damaged my hair would be if I didn't use this stuff.

I have plenty of other hair products that I love but these two are my staples :)

Top 2 things you want to accomplish before the end of the year

(1) Be healthy!

I know as a new mom-to-be, I will be super busy and only have a little bit of time before the year is up after Baby makes his debut but I really want to start a healthy lifestyle plan. I want to make sure to eat well rounded meals and make time to exercise. I don't want to put my health on the back burner despite how busy we may get.

(2) Figure out: what I want to do when I grow up. Obviously I'm already grown-up and done with school but after 4 years of college and 2 years in the work-world I still don't think I'm in the right field. I've contemplating going back to school for nursing and be a SAHM while I'm taking classes (nursing was my original major and I have 3 semesters of nursing classes under my belt). I have also thought about becoming a teacher and even went as far as to get my teaching certificate. Oh what to do, what to do...

(TWO) SUSHI

I eat sushi at least once a week, sometimes I order it just for me as take out. A friend of mine bought me a little saying plaque that says "just put down the chopsticks and say no" as a birthday present one year, haha.

Adam and I had dinner there on Saturday, they have the freshest and most beautiful presentation of sushi in town :)

I just saw this and I think it would be so fun to take that trip. The experiences she had were amazing/life changing, plus I would love to try that pizza, I'm still dreaming about it.

[2] Sookie Stackhouse(Anna Paquin) from TrueBlood/Southern Vampire Series


First off, who wouldn't want to see how life would be with vamps and werewolves. Plus she can read minds, I think that would be fun for a little while.

Top 2 Tips

(money saving tips, beauty tips, DIY tips, cooking tips, cleaning tips, blogging tips, shopping tips etc)

1) Clean-up as you cook
 I always take the time to clean as I go, this was especially helpful when our dishwasher broke and we had to wash by hand. It's easy to let dishes pile up when you cook dinner but if you take the time to clean up as you go it's very rewarding in the end. It's nice to relax after dinner instead of worrying about that pile of dishes you have waiting for you.

2) Make a 'home' for everything in your house
When everything has a designated space it's easy to quickly clean up your house and makes it easier to find things. Make a specific spot for things and make sure to remember to put them there. It helps alot, we have a key hook for keys, bill/mail area, a basket for remotes, container for Wii and XBOX controlers, a basket for throw blankets, etc.  I've even started to train the dogs to put their toys in 'their basket' but it's usually me who ends up picking it up but they do know that is where their toys are lol.

Ironically both perfumes are very similar in scent but Viva La Juicy is a lot more fruity! Which is perfect for summertime :)

Number 1 on my wish list is

Yes, it's true. I want an iPad but I'm waiting it out until Christmas... well unless I just cave in and get it early. Thank goodness we don't have an Apple Store here.

Number 2, is a little bigger of a purchase

A Black Range Rover, it doesn't have to be new, it can be a certified one. I'm getting sick of my little RSX and I told myself if I was every going to be an SUV girl I would go luxury! lol  :)

My toes are always seen in my shoes, especially in the summer so it's important for them to look all pretty. Plus that 40 minutes of pampering and catching up on gossip every couple weeks is so worth it.

I have an addiction and I blame my mother! I'm a loyal VS bikini buyer for as long as I can remember. I order at least 2 by the beginning of July, and sometimes more after that. They are so worth the cost because I still have a few that are about 4 years old hanging out in my bathing suit drawer that are 'pool suits' (you know those ones that are okay to wear sitting on the side of the pool).

I love Nicholas Sparks' boks they really drag you in but this is my favorite book ever.
(2) Divine by Karen Kingsbury

My mom got me started on Karen Kingsbury books, she usually does series but this is a stand alone.

(1) Open a home decor boutique

I fell in love with this little boutique store in Apalachicola that sold unique home furnishings and accessories, sadly last time I was there I noticed it had closed... but I would love to have my own store like that.

(2) Travel to all the continents
(well except Antarctica, too cold and I think you have to be a scientist or something to go there)
