My son and my bestie's daughter.

Saturday evening we tackled this corn maze:

That's right 10 acres of good ol' fashion fun!

We had a blast, I'll post pictures once my friend uploads them since I forgot my camera (facepalm)

My poor neglected blog. I really need to find time to come back here, but for now here's a quick hello and some updated pictures of the little man who has stolen all of my time :)

Over-Due

Just a brief update...

As expected 'baby' has decided to be fashionably late. My due date came and went without any birth day celebrations. I'm kinda bummed but I would rather that 'baby' comes when he is ready. I'll let yall know if anything chances but as of now it's a waiting game. However, he does have an eviction date if he doesn't come on his own per the doc's orders.

Just Thursday!

Outside my window... it's in the low 80s! I hope Fall is here to stay!

The time is.. 11:30am

Today I feel.. bored, I hate to say it but Thursday's are just so slow at the office

I am thinking.. I can't wait until the weekend

At the moment, I am thankful.. good friends and family

I am going..to my 33wk appointment tomorrow :)

I am wearing.. grey dress pants, green shirt with black wrap jacket.

I wish.. that I could have sleep-in this morning, I finally was getting good sleep

I am reading.. my daily devotions

I am working on.. work stuff, trying to get things stocked up before baby comes

I am hoping.. that FSU wins their game this weekend.

I am hearing.. my boss on the phone

I bet you didn't know.. I've only worked at two places, my current office and at a waterpark in highschool

One of my favorite.. reality shows are cooking ones, I love the Top Chef series! And I was so glad Kevin won last night, I was pulling for him from the beginning.

I confess.. that all this week I've been reading and writing blogs at work. oops!

Weekend Plans.. going to the FSU football game with Adam and my parents, we all have season tickets next to each other, hopefully they will play better than last week. GO NOLES!

Secrets

I was never that good with keeping secrets, but boy do I have a surprise for yall! I wasn't trying to keep it from you but I really wasn't looking the part just yet or really feeling it. But recently I woke up and BAM!

 I couldn't hide anything anymore.

Without further ado.... allow me to introduce

The NEWEST member of Our Family!

After a first trimester of not much of any morning sickness (don't hate me!), I really didn't feel that pregnant except when I missed about all the 'drinking' holidays, (Mardi Gras, St Patty's, Cinco de Mayo) haha. Then onto the second trimester which has been full of my body feeling like Stretch Armstrong, and finally having to buy bigger clothes, as well as, just feeling exhausted after doing little things. However, I'm really looking forward to meeting this little person who might I add thinks they should have been in the World Cup with all this kicking! I'm still in shock that in a few months instead of hearing dogs barking we will be hearing a baby crying. Our first human baby is due on November 4th and we have a lot of planning and preparation to do!

Happy Birthday to Me

It's my birthday today! But I get to share my day with my daddy since it just happens to be Father's Day and without me he wouldn't be a dad! :)

Is It Really Monday...

...why is the weekend so short. I had a wonderful time on Saturday with my Dad here... TPC Sawgrass

It was a little hot, but so much fun! Thankfully we got to sit in The Turn (a skybox thingy with a/c) and watch a lot of it. You can't take pictures at PGA events (no cameras, no phones) so this is from a news website. Sunday was Mother's Day and my Brother's 21st Birthday. While my dad took him and his friends to TPC, I spent some quality time with my mom enjoying their backyard and pool area. It was very relaxing.  Gracie enjoyed floating around the pool in her new bathing suit, compliments of my mom.

I know she looks cute, she really liked her outfit. I'm sure my parent's Aussie, Chance thought she looked funny. He was just enjoying being out in the sun with his new bone.

Later that evening we had a mother/daughter dinner date at our favorite sushi place. I love my family and am so glad they are only two and a half hours away.But the weekend was too short and I do not want to be sitting here at work, I would much rather be hanging out at my parent's by the pool with my magazines and a cold drink.  How was your weekend?

Friday Fun

Happy Mother's Day Weekend to All the Mother's Out There!I'm going to be spending the weekend down at my parents, and even going to TPC Sawgrass to watch some golf. It's also my little brother's 21st Birthday on Sunday so we are celebrating that when he gets back from his Costa Rica vacation. And yes, you read that right, my brother's birthday is on Mother's Day, and my birthday is on Father's Day, how lucky are my parents, I always think it's so cool that it happend that way! :)-----------------------------------------Now for some Friday Fun! 1. What is your worst memory of your siblings?

Umm.. I don't really have a bad memory with my brother, exept when we would fight with each other. My mom bought us boxing gloves so we could duke it out haha.

Why is that you normally can recall things but once it's on the spot you just can't remember.... if I can remember something I'll come back and fill it in.
