Questions for Friday, April 2nd:

1. Do you sing out loud in the car when you're driving?

Yep but not when other people are in the car unless they are singing along too. I'm sure if I didn't have tinted windows I would get all kinds of crazy looks because I sing like it's a concert haha.

2. What would you never be caught doing?

I wouldn't be caught smoking cigarettes. I have a few friends that smoke but you won't ever catch me smoking with them

3. Will you go #2 in a public restroom?

If it was a last resort. I'm not a big public restroom fan in general, I don't want anyone to hear me. :)

4. Have you ever broken a bone?

Not yet (knock on wood)

5. Do you prefer cooking or baking?

I LOVE to cook. I'm not a big baker because it takes a while and causes a bigger mess, but I do love the smells that come from baking bread or cakes. Yum!

Wordless Wednesday: Easter

Almost Wordless Wednesday :)

I always remember taking pictures with our neighbors for Easter.

We are like family, we grew up together, we spend holidays with them (both our extended families are out of town). 2007 is the last year we took a group picture.  Brian emailed me to tell me we should be able to take one this year, and I'm really excited that we will all be 'home' to bring this tradition back :)

When I go home this weekend I will find the Easter pictures of us from back before digital cameras and add them too.

Wishful Wednesday

It's Wishful Wednesday again over at The Seatle Smith's

'I wish' .... I could re-live one Easter memory from my childhood, and it would be anytime we got to hunt eggs!

I loved looking for Easter eggs, when we would go visit my grandparents and they would be all over their backyard. When would stay in town we would get all dressed up for Easter and take pictures by this cross in the church courtyard where you could put flowers in it (we still do that) and then afterwards they would have a giant Easter egg hunt for all the kids all over the church yard and Sunday School buildings. I had a bf in high school whose family was big on Easter egg hunting, it was an event. They had hundreds of eggs and great prizes inside. It was fun so much fun! :)

 I still decorate eggs with my mom and "the Easter bunny" still leaves us goodies in our baskets to this day, I know we're dorks, but it's a fun tradition we just can't seem to let go.  :)

I like things where they belong and everything where it should be. They tease me at work because I have the fridge organized so perfectly that if one thing is out of place I know. haha
